The property, privately owned, which forms part of a small development It-Soal is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 or 7 people and is well equipped with modern conveniences such as dishwasher, combi-microwave and whirlpool. There are two on-site parking spaces.

Terraces and gardens lead to the landing stage belonging to the property. From here one can sail without restriction onto the IJsselmeer lake, but closer to home the water is also suitable for swimming and fishing. Alternatively, enjoy the beach – 300m from the house – where one can kite surf, swim or just take it easy sunbathing.

There is also a playground for the children 50m from the house.
